Health Agency Optimized 'Meldungs' Capture Dialog

The health agency receives reports from doctors, hospitals and labs unless these are already onboarded to IMIS. In such cases the user does not know whether any of the contained data is already present in the system or not. Depending on the already existing data different actions have to be taken to record the received report. Therefore a stepwise dialog flow shall ease the tasks that a user needs to do based on a received report:

Entering key patient data like first name and last name will display existing patients matching that data (the displayed list will contain last name, first name, date of birth, registration postal code and registration city name). In case the user selects one of these entries the patient details for that patient will be openend. In case the respective entry does not exist the user can press a button to register the patient.

Within the patient details the user has the ability to select a test with outstanding result and maintain the test result by pressing an according button in the row of that test. The opened dialog is the test result capture dialog with lab and sample code already filled and non-editable. Upon saving the test results the dialog flow returns to the patient details.

Within the patient details the user has the ability to create a new test including and maintain the test result by pressing an according button in the row of list title (add test). The opened dialog is the test capture dialog where the user can maintain lab, sample code and date. Upon saving the user gets a confirmation. The confirmation allows to close the confirmation in order to go back to the patient details or to record the test results. In case of test result the opened dialog is the test result capture dialog with lab and sample code already filled and non-editable. Upon saving the test results the dialog flow returns to the patient details.

Within the patient registration the confirmation dialog shall include an additional option to load the patient details for the newly captured patient. This allows the user to continue the above-described steps after registering a new patient due to the fact that the patient was not yet in the system.
