SMNCopyNumberCaller is in our nextflow pipeline where we have a stub to collect the versions of each software include in the pipeline. It would be nice if smn_caller.py had a version argument:

    parser.add_argument("-V", "--version", help="Version of software", required=False)

Hi @ryanjameskennedy this caller is on bioconda now (https://anaconda.org/bioconda/smncopynumbercaller). Perhaps you could install and check version through conda?
