long time between the end of genotyping and the start of writing output

Hi,
when using EH seeking mode, i found that the time period between the end of genotyping and the start of writing output is highly variable:

sample1:
2024-08-25T10:18:20,[Analyzing chr21_38920324_38920418_T]
2024-08-25T10:45:03,[Writing output to disk]

sample2:
2024-08-25T13:12:49,[Analyzing chr21_38920324_38920418_T]
2024-08-26T08:55:58,[Writing output to disk]

looking at the output, both samples seems normal and the file size are comparable, and i'm not sure why the second sample has a very long time before writing the output. Do you have any suggestion? thank you very much for your help.
