Identity Server 3 working as API

Hi

I am new to Identity Server. I have debugged few samples and now able to use custom user service sample with my datastore. I have debugged different samples and each sample is routing me to the login page of the identity server. I want to use identity server server in such a way where identity server client should only post users credential to identity server with required parameter either in the header or body so that client application should not see login page of the identity server.

Can anyone please guide me on this or at least refer me to a right sample.
