[Feature] Change player fear level

Description
A feature that will be on players tab that will allow you to change their fear level (e.g when you look at a dead body or a monster your fear level will set to a specified number the max is 1)

Use Case
This will be useful for trolling people when you are hosting a lobby.

Additional context
If you manage to make this to work even if you are not hosting a lobby this will surely be cool.
