At LibrePlanet last weekend I asked a question at the end of a talk by @nikolas from @ccnmtl at Columbia what he thought about a webring of open source projects in higher ed.

(For people to young to remember what a webring is: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Webring )

People liked the idea, even if it's a bit old school. I also mentioned it here:
