Overview

• This is an epic that pulls together all NIH CAFE grant tasks

Tasks

• Finalize work here: NIH ODSS supplement (NetCDF) #22
• Identify remaining NetCDF-related issues (e.g., geospatial support)
• Establish if issues are of interest to members of the NIH CAFE team. If so:
  • Queue for prioritization
  • Address using NIH CAFE programmer once hired
• Identify any additional issues

Geospatial Issues

• Create GeoJSON auxiliary file from NetCDF metadata dataverse#9553
• NetCDF/HDF5 code templates for Jupyter Notebooks, etc. for reproducibility and reuse dataverse#9551
• Automatically enable metadata block when extracting metadata from FITS, NetCDF, or HDF5 dataverse#9410
• Attribute naming of bounding-box wrong (North and South Longitude) dataverse#5645
• Improve Geospatial Metadata Block by adding additional fields dataverse#6713
