The secret key used for JWT signing is currently 👎

We should use an environment variable or a very long complicated set of characters/numbers such as :

F2Q9L3RINtuytZzZ87OnMX7qpp7JZfl2mgEzESrXCr9IiXSqS5SuL7iX7Diy1K1EXxH02BmtadG0cCCC9jM776xIedVP6m9y3

If we do this, the secret key is 💯
