There are several things that must be clarified with data owners:

  • go through digital protocol and see where each array should fit in our data model (e.g. what is TRAFO, Druck rezipient, etc)
  • complete the parsing of arrays into hdf5 file
  • what to plot together

@budschi needs to make a new meeting with data owners

  • reading of digital protocol (csv log file)
  • reading of the recipe file
  • ELN for capturing data from header in protocol and comments during process
  • ELN for basic characterization
  • ELN for Cutting crystal: can be a general class for now which only stores the PDF with the report for now

@aalbino2 please tick the boxes you have already finished

I will open an issue for all the characterization methods
