Hola, cada vez que intento correr la linea de codigo "psql postgres" en mi terminal, me pide una contraseña de usuario, la cual no se cual es, y me tira el error "psql: error: connection to server on socket "/tmp/.s.PGSQL.5432" failed: FATAL: password authentication failed for user "benjamin"". He intentado todo, desinstalándolo y todo, pero aun asi no puedo seguir adelante. Que puedo hacer?

Que sistema operativo es? (Mac o windows)
