Small improvement needed in Comment control

@N-thony this has arisen as I write the Help for the Output system. I hope it is trivial to fix.

Here is an example:

In the control I did a to start the second and third lines in the comment.

In the output window it looks like this:

You can see that R-Instat has detected the line feeds and inserted a #, which is great. It also needs to make a line feed before the #.

@N-thony nice and interesting. That's what I get too, when I enable commands. Can you try without commands in the Output window?
For me, without commands it returns to misssing out on the line feeds. So just enabling them without commands is all that is needed.
