Amend the function for graphs and tables

1. To work with more summaries / write a function to achieve this
2. perhaps have another line in the excel called "summaries_list" where you can specify summarys
3. and a column called "graphs_list" where you can specify the graphic

I think ideally:
It should be you write graph, graph_table, or table in Excel
Then you can specify paramters fro the graph and/or table
Those parameters read in and change the summary (e.g., frequnecy, or you give sum, median, mean, etc) and graphic type.
