If a property source is defined in an plug-in, which is not activated, it will not be opened. If, for example, a Bus element is selected in the network graph view, its properties are not displayed. Only after enforcing the activation of the fog.bus.view plug-in (e.g. via opening the editor for a Bus element) the properties are displayed correctly.

This behaviour is defined by Eclipse RCP and not by FoGSiEm.
