Remove Non-YAML Classifications in Repo

The CSV and JSON files in the Fideslang repo are helpful, but they might fit better as releases rather than being natively in the GitHub repo. They are essentially build artifacts created by the shell script. We could easily release these (and the YAML files) using a GH action and they can still exist, but not within the git history.
Doing so will keep our repo clean and make it easier to understand how to contribute.

This could either be released as a single zip file or 3 separate ones. If it were a single one, it could be structured as:
