[email protected] requires a peer of canvas@^1.6.5 but none was installed #192

It looks like [email protected] introduced a peerDependency of canvas@^1.6.5.

Should a dependency of canvas@^1.6.5 be added to phantomcss?

Its not needed by phantomcss as it is only required by resembejs when resemberjs is being used in node but it does stop npm shrinkwrap from working if phantomcss is a dependency in a project's package.json.

Not sure what to do here. Doesn't seem right to add it as a peer dependency. Also isn't a problem on NPM 5 as far as I am aware. Any suggestions?
