Experiment with submitting the Hubs Blender add-on to the Blender extensions directory

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The Hubs Blender add-on discovery is based on finding the repo and manually downloading the release and installing it in Blender. Blender 4.2 Alpha has support for a Blender extensions directory where users will be able to discover add-ons in the future. We should try to upload the Hubs Blender add-on and any other Hubs add-ons there to see if there is anything that we need to change in the add-on to support it and start helping users discovery and install Hubs add-ons.

Describe the solution you'd like
A discussion point will be the ownership of that account as the community will be responsible for maintaining this in the future.

We will probably need to follow a similar path for the BGs add-on.
