Add a basic QA checklist that goes over things to test when reviewing your theme (helpful for users who are new to marketplace and want to list their first theme).

@TheWebTech @ajlaporte curious on your thoughts on this. We were thinking of creating a QA checklist that we recommend using for projects built from boilerplate/for marketplace. The main goal would be that it would give a new marketplace providers a checklist to work off of for their QA process. Do you think this makes sense in the boilerplate Wiki or would you prefer this type of content go in the dev docs?

I dont have a strong opinion on it. We dont have much of a precedent with where something like that would live.

I think the idea itself is good though. Version control and wiki capabilities might make it so the community helps add common real world things to check too.
