Highlight search terms on voting list and summary pages

We highlight occurrences of search terms on the search results pages. It would be helpful if the search terms were highlighted even after clicking on one of the results, e.g. in the vote summary.

Additionally, we might find a nice way of indicating that a result is in the list because of its summary? As one cannot see the summary text on the results page, that can be a bit confusing.
