Uses an outdated version of jQuery TreeTable plugin

It seems the version of TreeTable used is from 2011. The plugin has been completely re-written since then and the new version uses "data-" attributes. See the Changelog here: http://ludo.cubicphuse.nl/jquery-treetable/CHANGELOG.txt The repository is here: https://github.com/ludo/jquery-treetable

Since hobo_tree_table packages the old version of this plugin, it continues to work. However, it is not possible to find documentation for the older version. Also, data- attributes would be nice to have, instead of polluting class names.

hobo_tree_table should be updated to use the new version of jquery-tree-table
