When I installed this (https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/protocolsupportbungee.8733/updates) plugin problem has been fixed. Unfortunately, the plugin is abandoned and is no longer compatible with the latest version hexacord

I am having the same problem i have the empty packet thing. im only seeing it on the my 1.7.10 modded servers however and its kinda an annoyance but it doesnt seem to be causing problems other than that.

for me this tends to happen when no one is on the server even. just providing what is happening to this so you guys know what is all happening.
