Include the interactivity code in exported SVG files #12

It's already independent of the code that generates the SVGs: https://github.com/HautaniemiLab/jellyfish/blob/aeea93c842b4dba544078748f301ec8d2c74a078/src/interactions.ts

That code should just be compiled/minified and the embedded in the SVG.
