Another iteration of test Toolbox releases.

Known problems:

• If the binary is placed in a different location than /bin then running/entering containers for the first time will fail. The solution is to run the old Toolbox at least once and then start using the new version.
• When inside of a Toolbox container in gnome-terminal then it is impossible to create new tabs. This is an upstream problem that is currently being solved.
