When I draw knob in GAUGE skin everything is fine, but when i change skin to QUARTER, HORIZONTAL or VERTICAL I'm able to drag knob outside of itself. It behave like it is whole knob (GAUGE skin), but actually is QUARTER. I will provide you video with all details.
