A couple of things that can be improved here -

  1. Alignment is not correct ( this section should take up the entire screen)
  2. Doesn't make sense to just put the queries there in the history section, if you're keeping urls then at least they should be clickable so that user can see the results again or even better thing to do would be figuring out some way to store the output along with the query. For this, you can use something like a collapsable div which on expansion can show the results of that query.
