Our file layout might not be according to the build tool being used. See the (most likely) build tool Lloyd setup for us: https://github.com/FHIR/auto-ig-builder

Our IG, if I remember correctly, did start with that sample but we made it a subdirectory. Trying to move to root on a branch to see if that builds.
