Our project proposal was accepted in the past but we still need develop a "Project Scope Statement" as part of the CIC/HL7 processes. Here is the draft. The instructions are here

I've added a few things to the PSS.
Still pending is the part about the possible GA4GH copyright under 'Project Dependencies'.
Apart from that, it is sufficient to start the approval process.
