Jobs abort with DeleteInterpProc called with active evals in case of missing input files required by Delphes card

When input files required by the Delphes card (e.g. the trackMomentumResolution.tcl) are not copied properly to the local running directory, the job will abort - while running k4SimDelphes - with the rather unhelpful error message:
DeleteInterpProc called with active evals

Suggested solution to this is to specify all required files for a given production tag (= Delphes card) via the config/param and adding a check that everything is there before actually executing the k4SimDelphes command.
