Stuck on Wifi Connected Screen

I have successfully paired my plate with HA and have downloaded the blue prints. I have tried to run automations to get the device fully set up and functioning, but it is stuck on the Wifi Connected/MQTT Connected Screen. I have tried rebooting the device and updating the firmware, but am not having any luck. Can someone please assist?

Head over to Configuration > Automations, and find your "HASP Core functionality" automation you deployed from the blueprint. Hit the pencil icon to the right to edit, and scroll all the way to the bottom. The last option is First-time HASP setup or reset, make sure that's turned on and hit Save. Then, scroll back up to the top and hit RUN ACTIONS.

Does that result in any activity on your HASPone?

So before you responded, I tried to factory reset the device and must have fat fingered the admin password. It won't let me access the admin panel with what I thought I set the password to. Is there a way to reset the device besides via the admin panel?

If you have MQTT connected, you can publish a message (any message, or just a blank message) on the topic hasp/plate01/command/factoryreset, substituting your device name in place of plate01.

Alternately, you can just wipe the whole thing and start over.

I got back into the admin screen. I tried what you suggested above after the reset via admin and it is still stuck on the same screen. No activity when pressing the Run Actions button.

I think we're going to want to grab some debug logs to find out what the heck is going on. If possible, grab an entire boot process and we can watch the MQTT connection and see what's happening.

@aderusha I was able to get it fixed by deleting the mqtt integration and uninstalling and re-installing Mosquitto MQTT Broker. Thanks for your help.
