Current managed version of payment.page does not include json2.js

While the js file is in the static resource it is not actually loaded on the page (no <script> tag). The current version in Git does include the script. The managed package should be updated.

FYI, this impacts the custom field processing on browsers with no built in support for JSON.stringify() which includes IE7 and others.
