What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. load up budokai from ms
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see the main menu but it freezes to black and crashes

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Pro-C2 PSP slim 6.60 flashed

Please provide any additional information below.
Game is cso file installed in iso directory in root folder

Properly ripped iso works properly. You must have a broken image.

What CFW is your *bro* using ? if the iso is pre patched to a different CFW it 
will NOT work on PROCFW.

Did you disable all your plugins and use default recovery menu configuration ? 
Your brothers PSP is proof that it works and that it's not a cfw issue.
