I have a psp 3000 and it is on firmware 6.60 already. I have downloaded the zip
file for procfw but when I run the update, the screen goes black and the system
locks up. After a while, it just turns itself off. Can anyone help me to get
this runnung properly? I read that I can turn my UMD discs into iso files and I
would love to do that. Also an emulator that works really well for the SNES
would be great too. Thanks.

Download 6.60 PRO-C.fix3 (Not PRO-C2) for UMD models (Not GO Models), backup
your MS data and format the Memory stick. Put only the Update and FastRecovery
folders in /PSP/GAME/ then run PROUpdate and follow the on screen instructions.
You can download 6.60 PRO-C.fix3 from my dropbox account
(https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/27669096/CustomFirmware660PROCFix3SGDEn.rar
) since it's no longer available here. Unfortunately PRO-C2 is bugged.
