동행하고 싶은 여행에 가입하는 절차를 만듭니다.

동행 신청 Button을 만든다.
동행 신청 Button을 누르면, 자기소개 등의 Input Modal을 하나 만든다.
Server에 Content를 보낸다. (보낼 데이터: Content, TripUUID)
