Unfortunately, it looks like we're running into some technical limitations when producing the main.csv file due to the ever increasing nature of the data. It's likely that it will take us a while to fix this problem, in the meantime we highly encourage you to switch to the more efficient aggregated.csv.gz file. It contains even more columns, and there should be relatively minor changes required on user's end (e.g. column key was renamed to location_key, total_* was renamed to cumulative_*).
