My project started failing to notarize once I installed this addon.
I suspect it's similar to this issue: godotengine/godot#81733 Does this project need to add the missing .plist?
Workaround: rm -rf addons/godotopenxrvendors/.bin/macos/ after installing the addon (assuming you don't need openxr on macos!)
rm -rf addons/godotopenxrvendors/.bin/macos/
