How would one exactly go about implementing full Ethereum support to turn Scatter into a viable MetaMask alternative?

Scatter could be a bit underestimated right now, I can't think of any other wallet software out there that is open source and this flexible cross-chain and cross-device. Hoping that besides Mobile and Desktop also Unity and eventually Unreal could be powered by the same signing library.

It was mentioned in #8 (comment) that the plugin interface has to be implemented which is a good start.

  1. Any more specific details and learning recommendations to get someone motivated to actually implement this? What would be the best path to learn how get this done?
  2. Anything else that can be said to motivate people to do this work?
  3. Scatter and potentially get a huge boost by pulling in the Ethereum community and maybe even motivate more communities to implement their own blockchain.
  4. Might also get some ETH people to start looking into EOS.
  5. We'd just need one example success story and maybe briefly document the learnings from that.
  6. Could it be worth for you to spend a few hours to put together a document to outline the exact steps required to get MetaMask parity? Or is it not necessary because there are already specific plans and maybe even code to get full smart contract support for Ethereum?
