compile ANUGA-viewer and run a simulation with ANUGA

               I tried to compile and run ANUGA-viewer, but i can not find the correct version of netcdf. I know this project using netcdf 4.0.1  from the website,   but i can not find it online, maybe it's too old. I am wondering can you send the netcdf library or source  to me. I want to use the  ANUGA  to do overland flow simulation experiments in urban area. After i read the user manual, i still don't know how to input the rainfall/precipitation data. If i want to use ANUGA to simulate the flooding in urban area, which scenario that i should choose.
