I noticed that Google Spreadsheet's E (ノート) column stores 今日はお休みです message, so I am thinking to use same way (like 今日は有給です) about the following.
People can set the paid holidays by Slack (or add the records on the spreadsheet manually.)
Available paid holidays are different by each members and available/used days may be better to be stored, but designing sheet header part needs more investigation and understanding by my side.
