When multiple genes/drug are queried in the graph, it can be somewhat difficult to read and distinguish connected nodes from one another. Therefore, looking into ways to better group/categorize/layout nodes to make them visually distinct. Two primary ways to look into:
Dynamic Color Coding: Change colors for clusters of genes/drugs depending on the gene/drug they are all connected to.
Compound Nodes: Allow nodes to be put into other nodes, makes it easier to group clusters with each other, and separate clusters from one another.
