what is the format of the numbers? are the numbers in an input or text in a div/span? |

Hey Kevin
We are not currently implementing any specific HTML tags on phone numbers
that would typically be used to trigger phone services on either a mobile
or web device, so that might be part of the issue. It seems to work on my
TruckesEdge service but not my DAT Power.

are the phone numbers loaded in dynamically? Do you have an example html page you can send me that reproduces the problem? |

Basically, the user inputs a search criteria and we return results that
include user phone numbers. The numbers may or may not be there when the
page initially loads in but after the search the do populate. If you would
like we can set up a go to assist meeting or something to have you use my
credentials on our site.

the plugin currently only supports numbers that are present at page load, if they are loaded after load then they will not be converted. |

Greetings Interactive Intelligence. Some of my users are using your Click to Dial extension in Chrome to auto dial off our load board. While it works for some, it fails for others. I was hoping to talk to a technical support rep on resolving these issues.
