How to add new language to tweet translation? #158

Hello,

I want to add a language for translating tweets, but I only find 'en' and 'pt' in twitter-i18n.json

Even if I change all 'pt' into another code like 'tw', it still generate twitter-cache.json with old 'pt' string.

So I want to know how to add a new language code into twitter translate.
