difficulty scales up globally over 2 hours
droprate of gear is increased from 8.5% to 15%
removed all epic modifiers: Divine, Demonic, Overwhelming, Custodians, Vorpal, Expelling, Challengers
removed most healing modifiers: Rejuvenating, Totemic, Soothing
removed overpowered modifiers: Thorny, Poisonous, Lunar, Umbral, Chiming
removed bad modifiers: Fractal, Equestrian
Vampiric now only heals after player kill, but heals 2 hearts
