1% low value seems inaccurate in 2.2.0 #363

Hello,

1% low value is far below value reported by previous version of PresentMon and other tools

ie. In Star Wars Outlaws in Mos Eisley, i have around 100 fps avg and 1% low not going below 85fps with PresentMon 2.1.1.
With PresentMon 2.2.0, i have most of the time 1% low around 50fps !
I can confirm values from PresentMon 2.1.1 are more accurates compared to other tools like CapFrameX, RTSS, ...

PresentMon 2.1.1
so_presentmon_2 1 1

PresentMon 2.2.0
so_presentmon_2 2 0

I have a RTX 4080 with driver 565.90 on Windows 11 24H2 full patched.

I see similar behavior. My average fps tends to show about 5 fps lower than what the limit is set to.

RTX 3070, driver 566.03, Windows 11 24H2.
