sometimes my fps shows zero.

This issue happens sometimes, it always show zero fps in any games.
reboot the PC may help, but once it shows zero fps, unless i reboot the PC, i always get a zero fps.
the console application - PresentMon-2.1.0-x86.exe , also show nothing.

And my ROG ALLAY(Gaming Handhelds) mostly get zero fps, maybe reboot 10 times, i get once fps show none zero
