When user clicks on "Upgrade Account" in settings, they are taken to a page within blink app, which asks for name. Currently, the app is auto-forwarding users to kyc.blink.sv which is not loading for them.
It is assumed this issue is triggered when a user starts, but does not finish the kyc process. It currently can only be cleared by knowing the user name or account_id, and manually deleting the record.
