I had been having crashes at the mall every time I go into the ZIP store. I had tested GTAVC with and without the limit adjuster and I found that the Limit Adjuster does in fact cause the crash. Even mod loader wasn't installed, only asi loader which was required is installed. I'm also using VC.exe 1.0 which is what everyone uses anyway.

Having a similar issue but made a new thread because my circumstances feel a little different. I have some mods installed and even when I uninstall them, my game freezes and crashes within a certain radius of the Gash store (honestly it's a super far radius for me, I can barely enter the mall or pass it without it crashing). For you, you may want to try editing the LimitAdjuster.ini in text editor, scroll to[VCLIMITS] and changed EntryInfoNode = 3200 to EntryInfoNode = 30000. Those were the instructions I found here on GTAForums. Unfortunately it hasn't worked for me, but maybe it'll work for you? Good luck!
YAMUVAH, I appreciate you replying. I have set the EntryInfoNode to 30000 and I'm not experiencing anymore crashes at the mall, I wish I could had found the instructions you linked sooner. Thank you. I hope you'll find a cause of the crash on your side. I would suggest make a clean install of the game and Install only one mod each time when you load the game to narrow down which mod is causing the crash for you. I wish you luck.
