Integrate decentralised networks insights for better solvency checks

Main issue

The first system evaluates the solvency level of a single address against an amount in ETH.
This works as a first version but we should be able to configure which currency we want to use and evaluate rates between the token held by an address and the token of the solvency assessment

Solution to consider

Pyth Network seems to be an interesting solution to interact with, need to dig a bit more what it can do.
