Radeon RX 6800 XT Vulkan Queues changed?

Hey i am currently using a Radeon RX 6800 XT GPU which a couple of versions ago had 5 queue families and all had present mode like this one.
But now suddenly i have one extra family queue and present mode has been turned off on 4 of the family queues, which has the added effect that family queue 3 now has no flags or presentation meaning it can do nothing right?
My current queues look like this

Why has this changed or is it something I did?

I am on driver version 24.10.1 (at the time of writing this was the latest)
And i am using sdk 1.3.296.0 (also at the moment the latest version)
