Describe the bug

MetData Information cannot be downloaded within MetDataset Tab because there is a New RDA website

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Dataset'
Click on 'Met'
Select any Dataset, date and extent
See error: data doesn’t download

Expected behavior
To be able to download Met Dataset from RDA website

System Information (please complete the following information):

OS: Windows 10
QGIS: QGIS Desktop 3.22.14
