consider providing a way to log out of the GPO IdP

Note that doing so just requires a page that removes the cookie _idp_session (and if we're nice, some HTML that says you are logged out). Or if we are fancy, we add logic to take a 'returnurl' argument and redirect there after removing the cookie.

Then we could add a link to this page somewhere.
