ECA 2025 Meeting

Note that there is also a global Nodes meeting in 2025. There is thus no GBIF WP budget to co-fund and travel costs in 2025.

Dates: to be decided -- Doodle poll and Planning GDoc
Location: to be decided (maybe in Waterford, Ireland, to be verified)

Weeks in May 2025:

20	12th to 16th May	conflict with CETAF meeting (in Luxembourg)
21	19th to 23rd May	<-- Most ECA nodes available
22	26th to 30th May

Other events in the same period, dates to avoid

• The MetaPlantCode project is also planning a meeting in May 2025, with dates still to be decided
• CETAF meeting, 14th to 16th May

I just wanted to note that we (MNHN Luxembourg) are hosting the CETAF meeting on may 14th to 16th So I will not be available for week 19 and 20.
Maybe this concerns also some other nodes.
